Upon opening the bookmarks tab within the PDF, you will see a list of the USR components and you can easily click on different reports to navigate through the larger document.
At this time, interested parties can review the study report and plan to attend the meetings detailed below.
The Cooperative plans to hold 2 USR meetings in January, on January 15 and 16 as detailed below. There will be the opportunity to attend the USR meetings in person and virtual attendance via Microsoft Teams will also be available for both meetings.
Meeting information (all times are Alaska):
Wednesday, January 15, 2025: 9am-4pm with lunch break
Thursday, January 16, 2025: 2-8pm with dinner break
Both meetings will be held in the Cooperative’s Boardroom: 800 Kenny Wren Road, Dillingham, AK and virtually via Microsoft Teams
NEXT STEPS:
No later than January 31, 2025, the Cooperative will file USR meeting summaries with FERC.
Public comments on the USR, USR meetings, and USR meeting summaries are due to FERC no later than February 19, 2025.
Due to the relatively short time period between the conclusion of the field season and the USR filing and the desire to provide the public with all study results as soon as possible, the Cooperative will be filing an addendum to the USR no later than February 15, 2025. The Addendum will contain results of the Subsistence Study (which included community workshops, which, based on input/preference from the villages, were held in October 2024), results of the Aesthetics Study, and additional results and analysis of the ongoing Life Cycle Model scenario runs, which is currently undergoing completion and refinement.
