Seattle Salmon Week a Success!

The third annual Bristol Bay Salmon Week brought about many wins for Bristol Bay in the Greater Seattle area restaurant scene. With a lineup of over 50 restaurants from 30 different neighborhoods, this was the largest Seattle Salmon Week to date. From Sockeye Salmon aguachile to Sockeye dip to Sockeye Salmon Burgers, there was an array of unique dishes for every kind of diner and a whole lot of love for Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon on menus everywhere!

 
 

Over the week, Bristol Bay Salmon Week was featured in 20 pieces of coverage with a total of 434M impressions. Highlights included a tv segment on FOX13 Seattle with a Salmon Week restaurant chef and one of our very own Bristol Bay fishermen (reaching an audience of 25K), online callouts on Yahoo!, AOL, and Seattle Dining Mag, and three social media influencer collaborations that resulted in multiple rounds of exposure in front of 78.7K unique followers.


In addition to countless dining experiences, retail partner Whole Foods hosted three separate in-store chef demos across Seattle throughout the week with a Bristol Bay Fisherman ambassador, connecting shoppers to those who catch it.
