Tradex Foods recently posted a video summarizing salmon market conditions and supply/demand outlook. In general, 2020 has seen strong demand for wild salmon coupled with a dramatic decline in supply. Looking ahead, global wild salmon harvests are expected to rebound in 2021, but come in below previous odd-year harvests.
