2022 Board of Fish Proposals
/This page is intended to help fishermen navigate the Board of Fisheries process and participate if they so choose.
The Board of Fisheries meets to review Bristol Bay Finfish proposals once every three years and the next meeting is coming up November 29 – December 3, 2022. Here are some links to help understand the process and how to submit comments on the proposals that are up for review.

The Bristol Bay Finfish Board of Fish meeting is November 29-December 3, 2022 in Anchorage, AK -more information will be added to this page as the meeting gets closer. For all meetings, view the full calendar of Alaska Board of Fish Meetings.
The comment due date is November 14, 2022. - If you submit your comment by that deadline, board members see it 2 weeks ahead of the meeting.
If you miss that deadline, you can still submit a comment, but the board members will not see until they are at the meeting and will not have very much time to review it.

The proposal process is as follows. As of September 2022, we are at #3, comments are invited and the meeting is upcoming (11-29-22 through 12-3-22)
