COVID-19 Testing Locations for Commercial Fishermen

You must pre-register. Commercial fishing harvesters and crew may register at: https://app.kelvin.care.
For the Company in the first section, select "Alaska Directed State Activity (Fishing/Firefighters)"

Upon de-boarding the aircraft, travelers should proceed to the B Concourse and follow signage to the testing site, located across from Humpy’s restaurant.
Test results should be available within 48 hours. You are encouraged to remain in Anchorage until test results have been completed.Call (907) 864-4642 for more information or if you need assistance.
Critical Infrastructure employers with resident staff inside Alaska may be tested at a community-based testing location in Anchorage, Kenai, Wasilla, Dillingham, and other locations provided across the State. Dillingham/Local Resident Commercial Fishing Harvesters
Local Resident fishermen can access one of the testing locations after pre-registration at the date and time they entered during pre-registration.

Employees will arrive at the testing location and a temperature with screening questions will be documented and a swab of the nose will be collected. Employees will be directed to strictly quarantine until results are back.
During the post test quarantine, employees should follow their employer’s COVID prevention plan.When results are available, employers and employees will be advised.
